This produced lots of hits, the first at nudeleted.com ; from clues in that video, you could google "desperformane santiago nude" to find some context, such as at registrocontracultural.cl/desperformance-en-plaza-de-la-dignidad/ including another video. Basically you describe a Google picture search with a following video-matching. I guess one must have great luck to find a video based on the title photo! In most cases you'll find stills/photos only but with this particular video it worked with nudeleted.com - video is here: QUOTE nudeleted.com/videos/10738/nude-performance-art-immediate-and-throughout/ is a great source though!
