If you just want to see the now-deleted video, what worked in this case (and is perhaps most useful for youtube ones) was to save the image, then use Google Lens (the sort-of-camera-shaped button next to the microphone-looking one at the right side of the search field). This produced lots of hits, the first at nudeleted.com ; from clues in that video, you could google "desperformane santiago nude" to find some context, such as at registrocontracultural.cl/desperformance-en-plaza-de-la-dignidad/ including another video.

Unfortunately, I don't get the idea behind this play, but the young women are really beautiful. They strip naked at 0:28:00. I like it how comfortable and confident they are in their bare skin.
