The temptations as alluded to are wild and very enjoyable to watch, eg Eve receiving a tantric massage, Adam getting involved in foot fetishism, both being tied up for bondage purposes, both getting lapdances, it's literally one thing after another and very visual. The baffling thing is the actor playing Adam does't seem to get an erection at any point during the continued prickteasing, it's obviously part of the plot but still seems absurd at times. But then the finale blows everything away, a sex scene between Adam and Eve after they have given into temptation, succumbed to the forbidden fruit yadda yadda yadda, it's beyond anything I've seen on stage, they make out and Adam is stroked to a full erection by Eve who then wraps her legs around him and onto the (makeshift) bed they go for what, under the correct lighitng, could be one of the most amazing sex scenes every performed on stage. It genuinely left me (and others) questioning if it was actually real! Its rough around the edges, but for fans of this website its a must see, and the bravery of the cast has to be applauded! |
